What Are The Symptoms Of Stress?

Stress is the " wear & tear " of our body. This usually happens due to our hard working nature towards adjustment to the changing environment. Stress is a damage to our physical body and mental as well. As a result of stress, people develop positive and negative emotions and dreams. The positive emotions help & motivates individuals to achieve their dream they generates, while they have got stressed. On the contrary, the negative emotions start killing the person mentally which result to fatique, tiredness, anger, being unhappy etc.

Death of a dear one and birth of a child, both brings stress to human. Death can break up a person mentally since the survivor was emotionaly attached. He/she would feel lonely or unattended thereafter which results in negative stress feelings. On the otherhand, birth of a child brings happiness and along with it comes the time devotion, patience, hours of baby-sitting, which brings up stress in workplace and with the child. But since the smiling face of your child and few hours of play with your child bring happiness, this stress becomes a positive stress feeling (if taken properly).

There is never a acceptable level of stress. Every human being has his / her own capacity to deal with problems and mental fatique. E.g a routine job can be stressfull for some people whereas for others every day challenges are difficult to handle. So you can not say, X category of people can have n much of stress. Remember, when stress acceptance level goes beyond your body\\\'s acceptance level, you will start feeling stress symptoms, some of which are:

  • Daily tiredness
  • Sleep Disturbances
  • Muscle tension
  • High blood pressure
  • Burning / itching eyes
  • Loosing temper on transactions with family member, juniors or coworkers
