WIth the increasing number for divorces, court cases, physical abuses, murders and left-outs, keeping marital relationship intact seems to be a tricky subject. Continuous differences in relationship starts affecting your relationship with children and at workplace. This increase the reason for stress which slowly and slowly start showing its reactions in your work at office.
Stressful life can result in health disorders like lack of concentration, lack of sleep, depression, anxiety, hypertension and cardiac problems.
There could be multiple factors as a possible reason for your marital stress:
- Continued stress at workplace
- Lack of required attention from your spouse
- Uncaring / unaffectionate behavious from spouse
- Lack of communication between spouses
- Lack of involvment while communicating with spouse

How to resolve your marital stress:
Relationship & communication are two important things which are directly related to person's behaviour. One cannot change anyone's behaviour in a day or even fortnight. Its also physcological that person listens to their elders or friends. So, go for counselling with professionals or talk out the problem & reasons of your fights with your elders in relation. You can call upon your close friend to help you both talk.

- Communicate openly & honestly with your spouse (in a discussion mode and not as a irritated or anger mode)
- Play problem solving games together

Eat healthy food and not only the junk. You should have grains, fish, variety of fruits & vegetables. Eat more of green leafy salad. Your died should be full of vitamins and minerals too. Don't focus on low fat or low calories food only.
