You have heard people saying, "Don't cry, be a man" or "men don't cry". All these are old saying now. Be it a movie or a real life scene, man do cries. Today, man don't think it awkward to cry. Woman also don't have any problems as long as men are shedding tears for the right reason. On the otherside there is another fact, Men cries for real reason and when they cry, they cry with their heart out.

Remember the followings while you try consoling your man:

 

  • Don't rush to ask the reason of his sudden outburst.
  • Leave him for some time & let him cool down a bit.
  • Make him feel comfortable being with you for while he is crying.
  • Check his mood. Hold his hands and give him a passive hug.
  • Let him calm down.
  • Now ask the problem and then the reason of his cry.
  • Give some solutions if you can. If not, don't ever make a mistake to give illogical
    suggestions. If you cannot give anykind of suggestions, atleast express your feeling that you understand the problem and the reason of his cry. Don not let him have a impression that you do not agree with him and you are not with him. This is worsen the situation otherwise.
  • Take a walk together, sit together in park i.e go out of the place where he was crying even     if its your house.
  • Men who cries are sensitive. Its most imporant to understand thier feelings.
  • Men are born strong towards resistivity. Do not let this become a habit. More often crying     men are weak by heart and they feel alone for their thoughts and decisions.
