Have you ever felt worried with a question in mind on why your kid is not conversing properly? He/she avoids eye contact, stand limp, putting up hands in pocket with talking to adults etc.
The way your kid behaves and the way you behaves plays an important role in how he will behave. All these findings of your are valid but did you tried noticing your own way of talks. Probably you are doing the same thing and he has been watching the same for years now. Its now his / her turn to repeat the same what he has been watching for years.
Another important reason for the kids talking attitude is as per their behaviour. Are they feeling shy in the community, are they introvert, do they feel themselves insecure. Its no better time for doing anything good. Today is always a good time to start teaching them good conversation skills.
This is the age when they are meeting more people as compared to their childhood age. After this period of their age, they will be interfacing interviews for their higher studies or for their jobs. - Do not talk about past problems as they leaves a bad impression & your cribbing attitude.
- Use proper grammer and pronountiation. Do not use slang while talking with elders.
- Be an active listners to understand the meaning & ideas of other person.
- Be aware of what is happening around as those are the mostly conversing topics.
- Keep your face expressions cool & smiling as it increases the interest of other person.
