As a matter of fact, most of the time it is possible to give the person a compliment while the behavior is being corrected. This sounds easy, but it takes great care and planning to do it. • Treat your wife well
  This is where your kids get their most important information about relationships between men and women. Make a great effort not to fight in front of the kids. Do not raise your voice in front of your kids.
   
• Act, Don't Threat Them (Make A Deal)
  Many parents spend time threatening their children when their kids are not listening to them. But if you do not follow through on the consequences, your children will learn to ignore the threats. They’ll understand action. Take off or don't give certain priviledges untill they listen to you. Repeating the same barter system will make them learn very quickly that you mean business.
  Remember to sort our things before going to bed. Before going to bed, play with them so as to make them feel that you are there with them to laugh and play.
   
• Give Responsibility
  Give responsibility to your kids as they grow older. This is how they will learn The Family. They will get to know why daily duties are important to be performed. (This will help them the time when they will have their own family).
   
• Appraise Them On Doing Things Well
  When they do their daily resposibilities nicely, appraise them. (This is neccessary to be done for the jobs they are doing other than their school duties). This makes them feel confident in familty responsibilites and hence will keep their interest intact. Do remember to let them know that 'They Are Not Good Like Always' when they did not performed well.
   
• Listen Them
  Listen them seriously with eyes and ears. Listening just with ears doesn't work. Read their expressions and their meanings bcoz they don't know how to tell because, since, hence kind of things. "I'm drinking water" might mean that you are not required to disturn them and allow them to have water on themselves (hidden expressions coud be confidence, independence, responsibility etc)
   
• Give Them Pocket Money
  Money is a important thing in everyones life. Kids also has to plays with money when they will grow older. So why not make them learn the game from their childhood. Giving them a restricted amount for monthly expenses (for sweets, chips & tops etc) will help them to save for buying an expensive toy in next month. Get them a piggybank and explain the concept of bank.
