We experience stress when we are trying to adjust with different circumstances. And while we are trying to adjust ourselves, stress plays its role by creating hinderances. This results in delays or failure of adjustment/execution of work that results in your physical and mental retardation. In the preliminary stage of stress or less stressness, we normally overlook it.
